Lose weight for the long-term… with basic math.

WeightAre you unhappy with your weight? Are you not as active as you’d like? This site was designed for you. If you struggle with weight and have “tried everything out there” to gain control of their body again, read on.

The good news is, you don’t need a diet. You don’t need inspirational speakers or fancy eating regimes. You just need to know basic facts about how your body works. What is a calorie? What are the basic food types? You need to forge that visceral link that what you put in your body affects your body.

Stats2This site has two main sections—Eat Less and Work Out. In each section will be a treasure trove of information about eating less food, and becoming more active. There is a Blog section, where the entire diary of my own journey will be posted. However, there are many other categories of blog posts which you can find by clicking on the grey bar halfway down the page. In the Book section, you will find the entire contents of my book, Eat Less. Work Out. If you’d like to buy a hard copy of the book, just go to the Store section (where you can also buy related merchandise.)
